Slovak entrepreneurs have to fill in the data in the Commercial Register, especially the birth number or ID number of the shareholder. The data in the Commercial Register in Slovakia must be completed by 30 September 2022 at the latest.

Whether the entrepreneur has fulfilled the obligation can be found online from the Commercial Register at www.orsr.sk A green whistle means that the data is filled in, a red cross means that the data is missing and needs to be added. Otherwise, the company executive faces a fine of up to EUR 3,310.

It is also an opportunity to check whether the data on Czech persons in Slovak companies is up-to-date.
