coronavirus update - concerning entry into the Czech Republic
Dear clients,
The Ministry of Health has issued a new protective measure concerning entry into the Czech Republic (full text here), which came into force on 27 October 2021 from 0:00.
EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS
The new measure does not require employers and end-users to not allow employees into the workplace unless they submit a negative SARS-CoV-2 test after spending more than 12 hours (more than 24 hours in the case of neighbouring countries) outside the Czech Republic.
Employees are also no longer obliged to inform their employer or end-user of travel exceeding 12 hours (more than 24 hours in the case of neighbouring countries) outside the Czech Republic.
