The law firm FORLEX provided complex legal services to the shareholders of ORT – ART, s.r.o. in the sale of their 100% share in the company, a leading private orthopaedic clinic in the Moravian-Silesian region. A part of our mandate was also a pre-transactional restructuring of the group with a spin-off of the assets not related to the health care services.
