OBLIGATION TO WEAR RESPIRATORY PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (indoors and in motor vehicles) IT ALSO APPLIES TO THE TERRITORY OF FRÝDEK - MÍSTEK, FRÝDLANT NAD OSTRAVICÍ, JABLUNKOV, BOHUMÍN, HAVÍŘOV, KARVINÁ, ORLOVÁ, ČESKÝ TĚŠÍN, TŘINEC AND ALL MUNICIPALITIES FOR WHICH THEY ARE EXTENDED.

CROSS - BORDER EMPLOYMENT

- In the entire Moravian-Silesian Region applies to all persons employing

• cross-border workers

• EU citizens entering the territory of the Czech Republic for the purpose of performing economic activities

the obligation to prevent the entry of these persons to all establishments and workplaces of the employer, unless these persons simultaneously submit to the employer a certificate of completion of the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result (confirmation must be submitted once every 10 days and must not be older than 4 days).

COVID - RENT

- From 26 June 2020, 9:00 a.m. to 30 September 2020, 11:59 p.m., it is possible to apply for support for up to 50% of rents to entrepreneurs who have had to temporarily close retail and service facilities in these areas due to emergency measures. establishments (Establishments which operated an e-shop or a dispensing window can also apply). The conditions are:

• the provision of a discount by the landlord at least 30% of the decisive rent for non-state landlords;

• payment of rent for January and February 2020 (or October to December 2019, if the rent for January and February is not yet due);

• the payment of 50% of the decisive rent (80% of the decisive rent of the establishment in the state building);

• establishment is not leased from a related party.

NURSING

- From June 30, 2020, the nursing allowance of 80% also ceases to be paid.
