Dear clients,
we bring you a brief coronavirus update in connection with the protective measure of the Ministry of Health, which was issued with effect from 20 July 2020 (00:00) and which, due to its low media coverage, many of you may not have noticed.
The new obligations include, among others, the obligation of employers of employees and end users of workers who come to the Czech Republic from Bulgaria, Portugal and Romania, or countries that are not part of the list of countries with a low risk of infection, to prevent these persons from entering all establishments and workplaces of the employer, if these persons do not simultaneously submit to the employer or end user for whom they perform the work a negative result of the RT-PCR test (which is not older than 4 days), with effect on the territory of the entire Czech Republic.
However, this measure does not in any way modify or cancel the extraordinary measure of KHS MSK, which we informed you about on Friday.
For the full wording of the protective measure, we would like to refer you to the website of the Ministry of Health.
