Dear clients,
We inform you that the Extraordinary Measures No. 20/2020 and No. 21/2020 of the Regional Hygiene Station of the Moravian-Silesian region in Ostrava were issued, with effect from 14 August 2020, 12:00 PM.
For a complete list of obligations and the full wording of protective measures, we refer you to the website of Regional Hygiene Station.
The most important information is that in the entire Moravian-Silesian Region, employers no longer have the obligation to prevent cross-border workers who do not submit a medical certificate of passing the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result every 14 days in entering the workplace.
The obligation to test cross-border employees set by the protective measure of the Ministry of Health, about which we have informed you here, is still valid.

Extraordinary measure No. 21/2020 (Frýdek-Místek, Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, Třinec, Jablunkov and all municipalities for which they exercise extended powers) - full wording of all obligations is available here.
