Dear clients,

For several hours (with effect from midnight today - 24th September 2020, 00:00), are effective new extraordinary measures issued by the Ministry of Health:

Restriction on establishment and operation of services (full wording available here)

• New obligation is added - public's presence in catering establishments between 22:00 and 6:00 is banned (with an exemption for non-public catering establishments; establishments with a vending window / sale of take-away food with no entry to the establishment)

• All other restriction, we informed you about here, remain

Restriction of mass events (full wording available here)

• It is forbidden to hold mass event (theatrical, musical, cinematographic and other artistic performances, sporting, cultural, religious, federal, dance, traditional and similar events anad other gatherings, festivities, pilgrimages, shows, tasting, educational events and celebrations, both public and private) with participation of more than 50 people at the same time (outdoors) and 10 people (indoors)

- EXCEPTION = if each participant has a designated seating place; for events which entrance is charged, a ticket can only be sold with a seat

• Exhibitions, markets and similar events – if the participants exceed 50 people (outdoors) or 10 people (indoors) at the same time – participants are required to keep a distance at least 2 meters from other participants (this does not apply in case of household members or persons staying in a designated seating place)

The extraordinary measures are effective until 7th October 2020 (23:59)

The extraordinary measures do not stipulate any new special obligation for employers.
