Dear clients,
with effect from Monday (October 5, 2020, 00:00), a STATE OF EMERGENCY has been declared for a period of 30 days.
This allows critical infrastructure actors to identify critical employees whose presence in the workplace is necessary to ensure their functioning, and the government can also take a wider range of measures if necessary.
At the same time, the first crisis measure (available here) was immediately adopted, with effect from 5 October 2020 (00:00) to 18 October 2020 (23:59), which:
Prohibits
• mass events - indoors - in the number of more than 10 people;
• mass events - outdoors - in the number of more than 20 people;
• with the exception of - members of the household, occupation, business or other similar activities, participation in a wedding, a declaration of entry into a registered partnership and a funeral; and
• distance from other persons less than 2 meters.
Furthermore, concerts, theater performances and other artistic performances and festivities during which singing is mostly prohibited, including rehearsals, are prohibited.
Restricts
• theatrical, film and other artistic performances, in which the singing is not mostly such that:
- a maximum of 500 spectators may participate;
- everyone has a designated place to sit;
- snacks may not be sold here;
- participants keep a distance of at least 2 meters if they are not in a place to sit.
• sports events - in competitions organized by sports associations - participation of only athletes and members of implementation teams up to 130 people (incl. Referees and persons providing news);
• prayers – participation only up to the number of seats, but not more than 100 people; without the possibility of singing; and
• catering establishments
- prohibition of public presence - from 22:00 to 6:00; exception - establishments that do not serve the public (e.g. employee catering), sales outside the establishment of catering services;
- customers must be seated at a distance of 1.5 meters; exception - customers at one table;
- a maximum of 6 customers seated at one table;
- in case of sale through a window (outside the premises) - consuming persons keep a distance of 2 meters; exception - household members, gardens;
- the presence of more customers than seats is not allowed in the establishment; and
- the operator is obliged to record in writing the total current number of seats for customers.
