Jakub Dostál is an associate at FORLEX. He focuses primarily on corporate law, energy law and the law of obligations.
He’s a graduate of Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he participated in a number of internships and also completed a one-semester study at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. After completing his studies, he worked for almost a year in international law firm in Ostrava.
Jakub Dostál joined FORLEX in 2021 as an associate.
In the field of corporate law, Jakub Dostál focuses on the day-to-day operation and management of business corporations (corporate governance), as well as on structural changes, transformations, establishments of business corporations, or liquidations.
In the field of energy law, Jakub Dostál is involved in providing legal services to clients operating on the Czech electricity market.
In the field of law of obligations, Jakub Dostál prepared and reviewed contractual and other documentation in various areas of industry, transport, and others.
In all the mentioned fields, Jakub Dostál participates in providing legal services to both domestic and foreign clients.
