BIO

Tomáš Kubíček is an associate at FORLEX. He focuses primarily on contract law, property rights, litigation, labour law and corporate law.

In the area of contractual law and property rights, he is involved in the revision and preparation of contractual documentation, mostly in the area of commercial relations, where he is also involved in several litigations. From the perspective of employment law, he seeks to find its pitfalls, whether in the form of comments and preparation of employment law documentation or in various issues related to the performance of dependent work.

With respect to corporations, he is involved in a wide range of legal advice, mainly in the area of corporate governance, and the establishment, transformation or acquisition of companies. 

In 2023, he started working as an associate at FORLEX, having graduated in the same year with a degree in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. During his studies, Tomáš Kubíček also worked as a legal assistant in a law firm focusing mainly on private law.
