Robert Sikora is an associate at FORLEX. He focuses primarily on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and the law of obligations.
He’s a graduate of Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc. During his studies, he also completed a one-semester study at the Tallinn Law School of the Technical University in Tallinn. After completing his studies, he worked abroad for more than a year. In 2018, Robert Sikora passed the internationally recognized Cambridge English Qualifications exam at the highest level of C2 Proficiency.
In the field of corporate law, Robert Sikora focuses on the day-to-day operation and management of business corporations (corporate governance), as well as on structural changes, transformations, establishments of business corporations, or liquidations. Regarding acquisitions, Robert Sikora has been involved in numerous transactions both on part of sellers and buyers, especially in the conclusion of legal due diligence and subsequent negotiation of contractual documentation.
In the field of law of obligations, Robert Sikora prepared and reviewed contractual and other documentation in various fields, especially information technology, different areas of industry, transport, and others.
In all of the mentioned fields, Robert Sikora participates in providing legal services to both domestic and foreign clients.
