BIO
Tomáš Kubíček is an associate at FORLEX. He focuses primarily on litigation, contract law and corporate law.
He’s a graduate of Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc, where, among other things, he was involved in clinical legal education in the form of a student legal counseling and mediation clinic, which he helped to form at its beginnings at the Faculty.
During his studies, he worked as a legal assistant in law firm in Olomouc, focusing mainly on civil law matters.
He has decided to continue his career in Ostrava after successful graduation and since 2023 he has been working as an associate at FORLEX, where he is currently involved in providing legal services to domestic and foreign clients.
